We have a large inventory of framed tents, pole tents, marquees, and canopies in many different sizes, to accommodate parties of 20 to 500+ guests. It relieves the renter of financial responsibility for equipment repair or replacement costs due to accidental damages. This fee is calculated at 10% of the rental charges only on items that are covered by a damage waiver. You have the option of declining or accepting a damage waiver prior to your receipt of our rental equipment.

What if I rent equipment and we don't use it during our event?

The price of renting covers the time our equipment is out of our warehouse, even if you do not use the item during your event.  This means I could not rent the item to another customer for their event.
